A magi’s magic has to be temporized by sun.
When life was more relaxed, we relaxed it further.
Our once endless travails
Have no rivals now.
There isn’t time. The slime
Of life has accelerated far beyond belief
Or doubt until few humans
Have any idea what they are about or where.
Follow the leader
Even if there aren’t any anymore.
If you smile the hours away
They will thank you only for so long.
Interrupt your dreams
With random acts
From time to time.
They will improve
With the training.
If you try to wash that hand off your skin,
It may go. But it’ll be back
In black and many colors.
Draw a picture of your home
Before it leaves you.
Goodness does not always do good
But badness never does. Don’t look
For dependable answers
Both inside us and outside us.
True inspiration isn’t fragile.
It has more strength
Than you do without it,
Most of the time.
With words and so much money,
The world goes round
Until it stops and we do, too
Perhaps at a different time.
It must be almost over
But it never is.
